Mr. Mishra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary has founded this firm in 2015. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He possesses the experience of more than 7 years. His specialization includes Corporate Law and Labour Law. He looks after the matters of DGFT and DIPB.
His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial, accounting & taxation background has enabled him to specialize in Mergers & Acquisitions and various audits of PSU’s and private sector companies.
His working area covers both the Indirect & Direct Taxes. He also appears/pleaded before various authorities & Appellate Authorities in handling scrutiny and refund cases for clients.
Chinky Tripathi
B.COM (H), LLB, FCA, ISA
A co-founder of the firm has served the profession for more than 6 years and has versatile experience in advisory, planning, compliance, audit services, and assignments related to raising finance, restructuring, valuation, etc.
She has carried out several assignments for Due Diligence and Amalgamation of companies. She has acumen for process and controls and specializes in Internal Audit.
Rajeev Kumar Sahu
B.COM(H), FCA, MBA
Mr. Rajeev is a Fellow Member of Institute of chartered Accountants of India has completed his MBA in Finance.
He has gained expertise in covering all aspects from Start up business to Financial Management, Financial Services, Corporate Financial Planning, MIS Services and Cost Reduction Advisory etc. He has a rich experience in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, Co-operative societies, PSU, Government and Autonomous bodies. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has rich knowledge in the area of both Indirect & Direct Taxes and highly skilled in researching issues and finding solution and best alternative to tax issues. He also has experience to handle/represent assessment cases. His result-oriented approach ensures that the clients benefit in terms of having the most efficient solution.
Sakshi Chaudhary

Ms. Sakshi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. She has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audits of large & scale Limited Companies, Carrying out Bank Audits and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters.
Lalit Mishra

Mr. Mishra is a Practicing advocate at Supreme Court from past 20 years. He is a specialist in civil matters, pleading and drafting of all nature. Apart from hundreds of individual clients, partnership firms, business houses, corporate clients, he is the standing legal advisor of various Institutions like schools, Colleges, Medical Colleges, Engineering College including various Banks Viz., Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, Central Bank of India, Allahabad Bank etc. and has also served as member, Consumer Council, Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India.
Ram Niwas Nirmani

Mr. Ram has done his Bachelor in Law in 2014 from Delhi University. He has specialization in Suits, Recovery Suits, Civil Matters, Specific Relief laws, Family Law, Tenancy Law, Criminal Law, Domestic Violence, MACT, NCDRC.
He is also rendering his advisory services to Nationalized Bank’s & Co-operative Societies.
Meenu Sharma

Mrs. Sharma is a Practicing Advocate at Delhi High Court and various District Courts, DRT, Consumer Forum, Commission and various other Tribunal in Delhi and has been in this profession from last 12 Years. She is looking after the matters of civil, criminal, Writs, Appeals, Banking, Insurance as well as consumer matters before the Hon’ble respective courts diligently.
She takes a multi-disciplinary approach in practice of law and have been able to recognize the legal issues with the expertise. She also adds value at each stage – from planning to implementation and review.
Subhash Shishodia
Master in Economics, MBA
Mr. Subhash has completed his Masters in Economics & MBA and comes with experience of approx. 3 decades in the area of banking, financial institutions, International trading, Marketing, Renewable energy and Solar industry. He is Co-founder and Director, International operations of Oberon Group (Oberon IT, Oberon Power LLC., USA).
He is one of the pioneers to introduce CNG conversion/retro fitment of old Diesel Vehicles to use CNG as clean fuel first time in India.
He has established a track record performance to optimize personnel skills in innovations and always in new and proven technology to overcome market challenges and to achieve his goals in the business in different sectors.
